Contest Demands

The athlete should include in his routine combinations of kicks and punches

Judge’s Criteria

a) Speed     b) Power    c) Correct Technique      d) Balance     e) Difficulty Degree.


Maximum Routine time is 60’’. The athlete can also complete his routine before the time is up.

Competing Area

The performance takes place on 8x8 meters Tatami


The athlete competes barefooted, wearing long pants and a T-Shirt or a traditional costume with a belt
